My entry in the Novemeber Renderosity Bryce challenge. Victoria
2, Ponytail Hair, Adventurers outfit and the rat from DAZ3D. Zygote Gremlin. All other objects created in FormZ and UV mapped with UVMapper. Emblem on the bars is an Aridi EPS file converted to 3D with FormZ. Stone wall texture from
ArtBeats Exteriors, DAZ textures re-colored in Photoshop and all others are native
Bryce textures. The candles were created with Gradient Falloff lights and carefully
zoned (with the Range control) so there is very little overlap.
The lights start out as a very light yellow and rapidly fades
to a yellowish dark gray. The flame is an elongated Surface visable
light. The candle lights all use a small amount of Soft Shadow
(10-15 range). There is one "white" wash light out front, with
a strong Soft Shadow setting of 50. Rendered at 64RPP on a 500MHz Blue and White Mac. Render time:
3 hours, 18 minutes, No post except my sig and Gamma correction
for the PC version.
